Looks like the caption might say "entraining," which I'd guess to be a fancy way of saying "getting on a train." They certainly don't look like they're entertaining, or being entertained. (Detained, maybe.)

Thank you Dr. Roberto Duarte for the information about the possible location of this photograph. As you said, based on the location of Villa's troops on the date written on the image (March 23, 1914), it does appear the photo could have been taken in Gómez Palacio. We will add "probably Gómez Palacio" to the image description when we update.

Sorry, LOC poster, but this fellow wasn´t a "bandolier" or a "bandolera" as you tagged it. He was an armed political disident, a rebel, a guerrillero, which is different.
