A "Liberty Loan" would put this in the World War I era. In fact, this photograph would have been taken in late April, or during March 1919. A Liberty Loan was the name given to the U. S. Treasury's means of raising funds from the public via bond issues to pay for war work. Wonderful promo shot - full of 70's chic.
