  Art Smith (1890-1926) was a pioneer aviator. Aerial Age Weekly refers to demonstration flights he made in Japan in 1916, and the article also mentions Yukiteru Ozaki, son of the Minister of Justice in Japan, a member of the Imperial Aero association and a promising young aviator, so this is likely him. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art_Smith_(pilot) books.google.com/books?id=FNRLAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA507&l...
