    Fort at Shirley's Heights (a possibility it could be Fort James). I would vote Shirley's Heights because there is a reflection of an Island in the foreground which is Dominica or Martinique if my memory serves me correctly.

    Fort James I'd bet! @ Slim10 - that looks like a water mark/stain not an island. If you look closely you'll see it's almost like a circle that goes right over the water and the cannon itself! :-)
