The next print in the series is much earlier than this as Alexandra Hall has been constructed at the end of "the Prom", and other buildings in between have also appeared.

Alex Hall was built in 1895, so this photo post dates that.

This photo is earlier than 1895 as Alexandra Hall has not yet been constructed at the end of "the Prom".

The modern accepted name for the town is Aberystwyth. I realise that the older and variable spelling of "Aberystwith" is used from the card itself and you have also tagged it as Aberystwyth byt it might also be useful in the photo title or description too.
