  Here are the McCullaghs in the 1911 Census, making this Irene Kathleen, who was born ca. 1902/1903, as she's 8 in 1911.

  There's some info on the family on page 97 of this 1995 journal about the graves in Kilculliheen, including that of Irene and her mother. The father was a coal merchant moving to Waterford in 1904. Grace's Guide gives a snapshot of the McCullagh business in 1914.
