  This is Semmes Avenue in Manchester, looking east. The one-way sign on the right is at West 15th Street. The Buick dealer, which was Muse Buick, is the only thing in the picture that can still be seen here in 2008.

  This is the southeast corner. There's a bank there today (BB&T, I believe), and the chimneys you see beyond the Shell station are those of First & Merchants National Bank, still in use as a Bank of America branch.

  Just under the shell sign and across the street are the Shops at 5700 Patterson which are still hopping! I have several of these older photos of the area, if anyone is interested.
