  This is the southeast corner. There's a bank there today (BB&T, I believe), and the chimneys you see beyond the Shell station are those of First & Merchants National Bank, still in use as a Bank of America branch.

  Just under the shell sign and across the street are the Shops at 5700 Patterson which are still hopping! I have several of these older photos of the area, if anyone is interested.

  tropicvi, are you sure? It also looks like the C'sted wharf. Protestant Cay is right out of view but that surely looks like Ft. Louise Augusta in the distance. The benches are exactly like the ones in C'sted.
