    While awaiting comments from the more knowledgeable (and those with access to business directories) I'd hazard a guess at after 1939 judging by the lorries. They look like late 1930s models. Unfortunately in pre NCT days you could see some really ancient cars about! The amount of cars suggests late 1940s if it is post 1939.
