Hi, I'm an admin for a group called www.flickr.com/groups/1172425@N21/, and we'd love to have this added to the group!

Its such an informative photo, just love it! I just hope they all got back, though its unlikely in that horrendous war.

Three of the Officers shown are wearing the khaki serge service dress that was adopted in 1902. The closed collar was changed to an open, stepped collar with shirt and tie showing in 1913. The man on the right has black buttons and badges indicating that his unit is styled as 'Rifles' (probably the Royal Irish Rifles at that time). All the auxiliary units were brought together into the Territorial Force in 1908. It is difficult to be sure whether the photo is from before or after that event.

London Scottish, possibly. Kilt, badge and sporran all seem to match. That may be true for many regiments though.

wrt London Scottish: The 1st battalion served in Ireland between October 1919 and January 1920. 2nd battalion in 1921.
