Looks like this is Valeria Bastelova marrying her fiance, Serbian army Captain Miodrag J. Stevanovich at the Russian Cathedral of St. Nicholas in New York City on March 20, 1915. They met in a military hospital in Belgrade 2 years prior, where he was a patient.

From: www.russianchurchusa.org/index.php3?mode=985&ln=en It's still there, you can see it in the street view on google maps. The buildings on both sides are also still there.
