It needs to be flipped - the building says Vale View Hotel on it, but it’s backwards. The Vale View Hotel was in Avoca all right.

This is actually the northwest corner of Mercer and 4th St. It's facing North. The building in the left foreground used to be The Bottom Line. I'll soon post a today picture.
