I have a hunch this image is in one of the Plague Albums (1900) - unfortunately the SLNSW website is undergoing maintenance. Maybe the Newtown address is where Mr Horsler moved to, as the ad is 1903?

    A search for "Horsler" in the Index to Unassisted Inward Passenger Lists to Victoria 1852-1923 - 210.8.122.120/indexes/index_search.asp?searchid=23 - at the Public Records of Victoria, yields the following - Family Name HORSLER First Name G W MR Age 35 Month NOV Year 1901 Ship OMRAH Port B Fiche 677 Page 006 Of course he may not be the same G. W. Horsler, but I reckon it's highly likely he is - which would mean he wasn't in Sydney at the time of the Plague.
