    My father, Edward Dewey Simmons, worked for Southland Paper Mill in 1945 in Chireno, Tx in charge of one of the cc camps. He is now deceased. The prisioners cut wood in that area. I have a painting that was painted by one of the prisioners and was wondering what happened to him. It is hard for me to decipher the name..It looks like Rhulq 1945.
