If my sight is correct: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_Viktoria_Luise_of_Prussia and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchess_Cecilie_of_Mecklenburg-Schw... so the photo was probably made between 1905 and 1913.
