    The Bullaren was a Swedish ship that apparently carried passengers and cargo. The information below is from the Ellis Island site.
    Built by Gotaverken, Gothenburg, Sweden, 1918. 5722 gross tons; 437 (bp) feet long; 56 feet wide. engines, twin screw. Service speed 12 knots.

    Built for Swedish owners, Swedish flag, in 1918 and named Bullaren. Rederi A.B. Transatlantic, Gothenburg

    Elizabeth Gurley Flynn (1890–1964) was a labor leader, activist, and feminist who played a leading role in the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW). Flynn was a founding member of the American Civil Liberties Union and a visible proponent of women's rights, birth control, and women's suffrage. She joined the American Communist Party in 1936 and late in life, in 1961, became its chairwoman. She died during a visit to the Soviet Union, where she was accorded a state funeral. Wikipedia
