Abigail (Abby) Aldrich Rockefeller The August 16, 1918 Evening World notes Mrs. John D. Rockefeller, Jr., Driving First Spike Into the Keel of the U. S. Trawler Fish Hawk. Though that photo/article was probably at the boat's launching, not keel laying. The June 15 issue of Shipping noted that Fish Hawk was nearly all planked out and that launching would likely be in a few weeks. The July issue of The Rudder notes that Fish Hawk is the second of six planned trawlers for the East Coast Fisheries Company built in Maine by the Portland Shipbuilding Company and that Fish Hawk is a sistership to the first, the Kingfisher. The Rudder article includes some good plan and profile drawings of the boats. In the September, 1919 issue of The American Marine Engineerwe learn that while Kingfisher was sunk by a U-Boat during the war, Fish Hawk and her sisterships were still bringing fish into New York and the 6th in the series was about to begin construction.

It looks like this ship was actually the Albatross. This photo appears in a Rockefeller Foundation publication with the caption: "Abby Aldrich Rockefeller holds the hammer that she used to drive a bolt during construction of the “Albatross” in Portland, Maine, in mid August 1918." Photograph by Underwood & Underwood, New York City www.rockarch.org/publications/newsletter/nl2000.pdf at p. 11.
