I noticed the grave yard in the foreground so I wanted to research this building. It is a NYC Landmark at 71 Bdwy on corner of Rector St. that means the grave yard is from Trinity Church just barely seen on the right side of the photo. Exciting photo of a building I just visited a week ago. Confusing though. The Wikipedia link says the building opened in 1902, yet the photo of the building under construction is dated 1905. One of 'em is wrong. After looking at Swanq's link above, of the photos in the Library of Congress, I'm convinced that the date on the photo is wrong. It was probably from 1902.
