    As well as being a nationalist and actress she is often refered to in the context of her turbulent relationship with the Irish poet William Bulter Yeats. Her son Seán MacBride was a founding member of Amnesty International and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1974.

    Please tell me about the caption. How the date was specified? It was written "昭和十二年 奉祝 建國祭" on the board. "昭和十二年" means 1937, 2597th imperial year. And one more question. "建國祭" meant the celebration of the building of Japan, 11th of February. I'm not sure what exact day this photo was taken, but it might not be 6th of March.
