Thanks drombit007! I believe you're right. We'll add his name to the title. I tried searching some newspaper databases to see when his visit was, but the best I found so far is two articles from August and September of 1921 that say he recently visited the White House.

Jack Delano did work for the FSA and finally settle down in Puerto Rico. I remember hearing stories about him traveling throughout the Caribbean documenting workers for the FSA. His son continued in his footsteps and has a major exhibition on Ellis Island. Guanica is a town in Puerto Rico. Not sure why the title has a question mark at the end.

The Indianapolis Times. April 17, 1925, Home Edition, page 10, column 1 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn82015313/1925-04-17/ed-... reports that he rode his pony off the boat in Southampton when he arrived in England. Perhaps this photo was taken at the beginning of that voyage.

He will tour Great Britain and the continent, giving exhibitions of Western horsemanship in many of the large cities. Tom Mix was formerly deputy city marshal of Dewey, Okla., and Is an expert with horses, revolvers and lariats. He will be accompanied by his wife, his daughter Thomasina. and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Forde. The family will occupy the regal suite, consisting of four staterooms, a parlor, a veranda and two bath rooms."
