    Seems like Mrs. R. H. Davis is Mrs. Richard Harding Davis. Harding's second wife was Bessie McCoy (c1886-1931), a Vaudeville performer--they wed in 1899, he died 1916.     Thanks pennylrichardsca for the additional information. I spoke to someone who knows vaudeville performers and he confirmed that this is Bessie McCoy on the left and Nellie McCoy on the right.

If it is John/James McCoy and the baby above is his first born then it's James Abernethy born 17 Jun 1900 ----- 9 months at 1901 Census time.
