    No, an early Douglas A-20 Boston, used under lend-lease by the Brits, French and Russians, though the date of this photo means these were destined for the UK as France was out of the war and Russia not yet in it.

    USS Crowninshield (DD–134). She was a Wickes class destroyer . In World War II she was transferred as part of the Lend Lease program to the Royal Navy and renamed HMS Chelsea. She was subsequently transfered to the Soviet Union and renamed Derzkiy.
