    The Showground Pavilion is at the southern end of the showground, so the photo is between 1924 and 1938.

    This photo is identical to one held in the W A Bayley collection at Wollongong Library, where it is erroneously dated 1959. The biggest giveaway is the vacant paddock where Kiama High School (opened 1954) was built.. I believe that at least part of Kiama Hospital (opened 1930) is visible in the photo, so it can probably be narrowed down to 1928-38.

    Almost there. The Olympic Pool was commenced in 1934, using relief labour. The amount of fresh concrete visible suggests the photo was taken around 1936-7, before the dressing sheds were erected. .

    This was taken on the high side of Minnamurra Street, looking about SE. The row of six terrace houses to the left of the picture are now craft shops. They are in Collins Street, which is the main road from points north. The railway line can be seen on the left of the picture, above the terraces. The church near the railway line is the Baptist Church. The row of Norfolk Island pines in the mid-distance are between Manning Street and Kiama surf beach. Another very detailed image!
