Nippert of Cinclnnatl, has lately returned to America from a visit to Germany where he went as the representative of the East Prussia Relief Fund. He had an interview with the Kaiser. New-York tribune., November 05, 1914, Page chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn83030214/1914-11-05/ed-... has him still as an assistant district attorney. New-York tribune., January 12, 1918, Page 14 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn83030214/1918-01-12/ed-... has Wasservogel as a defense counsel. The bio pennylrichardsca linked to indicates that he was elected to the New York State Supreme Court in 1920.
