Returning from Baseball's round-the-world tour: The world tour participants were tendered a sumptuous homecoming banquet: The history by Ted Sullivan was published in 1914. Google Books had digitized it, but it is not yet available for reading online. In booklet form, Sullivan's history sold for a quarter:
