    The Wikipedia page for the 611 Class says "The Córas Iompair Éireann 611 class locomotives were delivered from the manufacturers, Motorenfabrik Deutz at Cologne, Germany between December 1961 and February 1962, entering revenue earning service in the following August after receiving the new tan / black paint job at Inchicore."

    Lancia Armoured car converted for use on railway by the Railway Protection Repair and Maintenance Corps at Inchicore Works from 1921 to 1923. Approx 50 in total have been produced.

    No armoured Lancia in the rail version survived, but three trucks in the highway version are still existing and can be found in the following museums:

    - Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Holywood
    - Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) Museum, Belfast
    - Museo della Motorizz. Militare della Cecchignola, Rome, Italy

    The base of the armoured vehicle was the Lancia Triota truck. More information about the armoured Lancia on rails can be found in the following book:

    Martin, Karl (2002): "Irish Army Vehicles, transport and armour since 1922".
