We know that the FSA program did build some prefabricated buildings, though we don't have sufficient information to confirm that these are prefabricated houses. You can find photos of prefabricated buildings in the larger "Farm Securities Administration / Office of War Information Black-And-White Negatives" collection available through the Prints and Photographs Online Catalog available at: www.loc.gov/rr/print/catalog.html. Start your research there with the term "prefabricated."
