My mom has a sash she believes to be similar which is purple, white, and gold -- says that earlier sashes are sometimes also gold, green, and white -- saw people wearing replicas (purple, white, gold) during ERA marches in the 1970s. Hers is felt, black letters, circa 1913.

The banner is the back is from the National American Women Suffrage Association and I think Miss Jenkins also led the Suffrage Pilgrims in 1913 but this picture may be from a different moment.
