From that it is easier to see that the lorry is a "Sentinel" made in Shrewsbury, England - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentinel_Waggon_Works Sharon Corbet -

Seedtech are the current incarnation of Power's seeds in Waterford. Apparently there was also a tomato plantation there in the 1940's.
