The car in the central background with split windscreen and the one one the right side (headlights) are clues. More obvious than uniform collars.

CASSIDY PHOTOGRAPHY You may be right but cars could be around for 30 years whereas the collars changed on a specific date and thereafter the Gardai had an open revere to their tunic with a collar and tie!
