    Hilda Rodwell Jones Ormsby (1877-1973), geographer; one of the founding members of the Institute of British Geographers in 1933; author of London on the Thames (1924), France (1931), and Mitteleuropa (1935). Her brother Llewellyn Rodwell Jones was also on the geography faculty at LSE. Hilda Rodwell Jones married George V. Ormsby (1885-1950) in 1920; George was eventually chief of the London bureau of the Wall Street Journal. (Information taken from her Oxford DNB entry: www.oxforddnb.com/view/article/62412 )
