That's definitely downtown Dublin in Pennsylvania during rush hour! ;-)

Swordscookie I'm thinking Eastern Seaboard, but would kill to know for sure! What are the odds of us ever finding out? Invoking the power of Flickr... :)

I would agree which is why I jested about Pennsylvania! Seems right for the north eastern seaboard or the nothern mid-west. Given that the scene is so typical unless you could get some relative I doubt you will get a definitive location. That looks like a young lad in a dress with the couple and the two girls?

Swordscookie Definitely! 2 girls and a boy in the "family" group. Wondering if the two lads were also part of the family and were standing separately to show they were "young men" or if they were non-related farm hands?

Fascinating! And so sharp for those days! I love such old pictures; the fact that we'll probably never know the story behind these people at least allows you to make up your own story in your head... -- Seen on my Flickr home page. (?)
