C-54G-5-DO, c/n 35987. Delivered to USAAF 16 July 1945 as AF s/n 45-0534. Returned to Douglas 19 September 1946 for conversion to DC-4 configuration. Registered N88951. To Pan American Airways 22 May 1947. Nicknamed "Clipper Racer". Returned to USAF 23 November 1953. Modified to VC-54G. Last served with MACMG, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. WFU and sent to AMARC for storage September 1972. Scrapped 1976.

US Navy Douglas R5D-3 Skymaster, BuNo 56547 (c/n 22199). This aircraft would eventually enter commercial service, initially as N96450, before being registered as N74AF. As per cgibin.rcn.com/jeremy.k/cgi-bin/gzNavySearch.pl?target=Do...: Leased and then bought by West Indies Air Transport. While taxiing at Aguadilla-Borinquen Airport in Puerto Rico Feb 3, 1992, suffered a hydraulics failure and struck the right wing of parked Super Constellation HI-542CT and ran into a ditch. A fire broke out and N74AF was [Damaged Beyond economical Repair ("DBR")].
