While taxiing at Aguadilla-Borinquen Airport in Puerto Rico Feb 3, 1992, suffered a hydraulics failure and struck the right wing of parked Super Constellation HI-542CT and ran into a ditch. A fire broke out and N74AF was [Damaged Beyond economical Repair ("DBR")].
