    That's not a "motorbike", it's a scooter. ;-) Cool shot!

boy this one took some hunting but I think we can identify the men

this photo is listed as "June 22, 1911. Yale rowing team" at shorpy.com but it doesn't say why, however, if it is accurate, and it could be because this would be the time they were in Oxford UK for the annual regatta and might present a photo op.
The NYT article 4 days before this date lists the postions as follows: (I included some interesting details I uncovered while searching too)

8 Abiel A. Low, Jr (famous father and grandfather)
7 Dixon Van Blarcom (studied Finance)
6 Jesse Philbin (skull and bones!)
5 Radcliffe Romeyn listed as crew captain in Dec 1911
    4 R S Tucker
3 Jim Scully Jr (all american football 1911)
2 J W Field Yale football coach the next year
1 Elliot P Frost team captain
    query.nytimes.com/mem/archive-free/pdf?res=9B02E0D71031E2...

which also matches perfectly with this photo from the Yale archives of this same crew on the Thames for this event
