[Grisons, Switzerland, in winter] (LOC)

There is a building in the background behind the trees. Could be the Swiss Chalets like some of the other pictures.

I think the mountain in the right background here is the same one that appears beyond the Frauenkirch in the previous image in the mystery pictures set. As that picture is reversed, this one must be reversed too, and as that lithograph shows the church from the north, this must also be a view toward the south, taken some distance south of the church. The print numbers suggest that four views between this one (1016) and the other four (1021 through 1024) Grisons scenes might be missing from the set.

This book might offer additional clues:

(One of the authors, Bruno Weber, was the director of the graphical collection of the Central Library in Zürich who re-discovered the full set of photochroms donated by Photoglob Zürich in the stacks of the library in 1975.)

Geolocation tags are based on Old Inspiration Point, not the Tunnel View which is sometimes confused as Inspiration Point and which had not been developed when this picture was taken.
