This ship was best known as "Ship Beautiful." It served in both of the World Wars! Ship Beautiful served for 37 years and holds the record for the 2nd ship to serve the longest.

I think this bridge is Bridge Street in the Broomielaw area of the city.

Correct, Glasgow Bridge. The street connecting from the North is Jamaica Street and the one leading South ( out of the right of the picture is Bridge Street ( I have added notes ) The bridge to the left carries trains in and out of Glasgow Central Station.

The Sunshine State by prolific Queensland composer Clyde Collins was written for the centenary of Queensland in 1959. It is still performed regularly by bands and choirs, especially on Queensland Day, 6 June. The State Library owns the Clyde Collins Papers, a collection of his musical compositions, arrangements, and writings. Songwriter, harmonicist, and clarinetist Horrie Dargie (1917-1999) recorded the song in 1959 with the famous Horrie Dargie Quintet.
