That is Clarence "Pants" Rowland (1879-1969) on the left. He managed the White Sox to a World Series Championship in 1917.

On the right is Eddie Collins, Sox starting second baseman in the 10-1-17 Sox-Yankees game, and later one of the original 13 Baseball Hall of Famers.

Snazzy pitcher's warmup coat! Cicotte was Chicago's starting pitcher that day (10/10/17, per the negative) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1917_World_Series Chicago Manager "Pants" Rowland is on the right in this one. "Edward Victor Cicotte (June 19, 1884 – May 5, 1969), nicknamed "Knuckles", was an American right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball best known for his time with the Chicago White Sox. He was one of eight players permanently ineligible for professional baseball for his alleged participation in the Black Sox scandal in the 1919 World Series, in which the favored White Sox lost to the Cincinnati Reds in eight games." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eddie_Cicotte
