"W.R. & S." is 1903+ ? (I can never remember). The tower has been renovated since, and Cromwell's damage repaired. I can't find when. Mr French has a reverse view with iron railings, presumably after Mr Ritchie. So both before 1914? - catalogue.nli.ie/Record/vtls000324468

Lawrence/Robert French was here at a later date as in L_ROY 02128 the Tower has railings surrounding it. Also there is L_CAB 01478 of the Quays with 3 paddle steamers moored. One may be datable from its name if it is a companion plate to 2128. This may help to date the Lawrence photos and narrow the range for the Eason.

TROVE IS SOMETIMES AMAZING! The railing happened on 15 August 1906 - 'Read All About It!' - trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/166968894?searchTerm=%...
So this Ritchie photo is before August 1906. -

It usually says "Quiet Hospital"

Looks like ‘1854’ beside the name

Suck Diesel it could be 1834?

National Library of Ireland on The Commons said:
DannyM8 Suck Diesel Yes, I think 1834. Though that doesn't help us date this photo...
And there may not be a sign, but it does look like a very quiet hospital anyway. No bustle. A closed gate. -
