LOC -- Mr. Cockran's name is misspelled in your title, and in Bain's as well.

Theodoore Roosevelt... but congratulations for what? During the 1912 Republican presidential primary? After splitting from Republicans and creating the Progressive Party? After surviving a bullet wound and delivering a ninety minute speech?

If you would like to learn about what a racist (real meaning of the word), xenophobic bastard that Teddy Roosevelt was, read THE IMPERIAL CRUISE by James Bradley. It will make your blood absolutely BOIL to learn about how this single jerk set the curve for the Second World War in the Pacific, the Communist Revolution in China and the wars in Korea and Vietnam. Not to mention how we slaughtered Filipinos and others under his presidencies. A must read for all Americans. After reading this amazing book, I think that his image should be blasted off of Mount Rushmore.
