    It would be so interesting to hear from some of the scouts in the photo (who would be in their mid 60's now) and read what happened to them and what they went on to do in life. Hopefully this posting will get to some of them.

Unidentified Boy Scout at Camp Semialachee in Leon County, Florida

    Camp Orchard Pond was used from 1927 to 1947, when it was sold. Summer camp operations were moved to Camp Semialachee (union of "Seminole" and "Apalachee") which was used by the Boy Scouts from 1947 to 1965. The camping was then moved to the Wallwood Scout Reservation.
