“Frank B. (Bagot) Smith was an agent for the Richfield Oil Company of California, with an office in Bridge Street, Sydney, from 1928 to 1932. Before being involved in the oil industry, he was a former secretary to Victorian Railways Commissioner and a licensed shorthand writer for the Supreme Court of Victoria. “Mr Smith's secretary was his wife Pearl (née Earle), they married in 1926. The photographs on the wall; (at left) Australian gunners in action at Gallipoli titled `The bruvver' refers to Frank B. Smith's younger brother, who fought at Gallipoli; and (at center) a portrait of Smith's other brother with his jazz band, the Lin Smith Jazz Band.”—Record Details Biography of Australian photographer William J. Hall (Hall & Co.) (1877–1951) here.

derangedlemur Excellent, Foley's Bridge, thank you! Looks even more lovely in Autumnal colours. Which is more correct - Tullymore or Tollymore? Or do they co-exist peacefully?
