It would be very helpful if the curator could spend a bit of time changing the captions of this picture and several others now identified as they keep coming up in flickr searches. It would also let us know that the curator appreciates the identification.

High up on the wall at extreme left, nearest the camera, is the monument of Admiral Sir William Penn (1621-70) founder of Pennsylvania. His half-armour and the banners of Dutch ships he captured in battle can be seen above, and remain there today.
