    The boat house is just above the Francis Scott Key bridge in Georgetown. I think the main building you see is actually the Washington Canoe Club now, but it is very close to the Potomac Boat Club (now a private rowing facility).

    Brian Mulligan I think so, but am absolutely open to correction by Waterford people! I'm assuming the Tower Hotel was built on the site of the Adelphi Hotel, so confirmation or outright denial would be good...
