    There was only one Baker listed in Lahinch in the census of 1901 and 1911, his name was Mortimer Rush: www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000468054/ In 1901, his house is listed as a shop, but in 1911, although he is still a baker, his house is listed as a public house.
