    Interesting and I think fairly rare clear view of the front before Henry Woodyer's alterations of 1887-90. He added a shallow projection left of hte porch (see note on the photo) containing three bay windows in a row instead of the one here, to light the enlarged dining room. He also made matching windows directly above.
