The Military Rd per Wiki en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R115_road_(Ireland) Includes some equally snowy scenes from ground level. At leat it starts from a more civilised location, i.e. the Yellow House pub in Rathfarnham.

The garage has already been in operation long enough to build up a bit of a breaker's yard behind the old farm buildings.

I found a reference to "State Express" being manufactured in a factory on the Cashel Road, Dublin, and the roads appear to match in this Google Satellite View.

Looking on Streetview , at least the office block parts of the buildings at the front seem to be still there, even if the manufacturing part has been obviously altered.
