Judging from "Some interesting homes [executed by White Allom [sic] 15 George Street, Hanover Square, London and 19 East 52nd Street, New York." See www.worldcat.org/title/some-interesting-homes-executed-by... White, Allom occupied 15 George Street, near Hanover Square in London. Streetview of 15 St. George Street: www.google.com/maps/@51.5129959,-0.1433564,3a,37.5y,245.3... Looks like the same building -- with porch removed.

Red Cross Bulletin, Volume 2, 1918 books.google.com/books?id=oxs8AQAAMAAJ&pg=PA16-IA84&a... confirms 15 George Street as the address of the American Red Cross Receiving and Distributing Service. See www.forgottenbooks.com/readbook_text/The_Passing_Legions_..., which indicates that the move to this address was in June 1917 and that it was "under the able direction of Mrs. Henry B. Chapin."
