That's Diamond Head beyond, so this is off Oahu. Her bridge structure is in its post-1934 configuration, so this is between 1934 and roughly 1938. The experimental twin .50-cal mount on Turret 3 (technically a mount, not a turret) was removed between 1936-8 - the ship complained about not having more than the guns on Turret 2 in 1939.
