    Wollongong Courthouse was officially opened on Tuesday 3 November 1885. Read all about it - SMH 4/11/1885 - trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/13602587 . Couple of things not yet built here - the boundary wall / fence, and the clock. I don't know when the wall was built, but the shrubbery looks well-established, not just planted. The new clock was first started in 1891 - SMH 4/6/1891 - trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/13826859 The clock and bell were recently restored after 60 years silence - newsstore.fairfax.com.au/apps/viewDocument.ac;jsessionid=... Which makes me think that this photo is 1885-1891.
